Called ProFix to help diagnose why my laptop wasn't charging. They were easy to talk to, super kind, and very knowledgeable. They came picked up my laptop and got it fixed and explained what was wrong. I will definitely use them again!

It was a very good experience working with Profix.
Abby, their head tech, identified our problems and solved our computer and printer issues. He came right to our office and spend alot of time helping us understand what he had done.
We have signed a service agreement with them for our future IT work.

I’m so grateful for ProFix answering the call to replace my computer hard drive with a static drive. Happily, I trusted Abd and my computer came back a refurbished clone with everything streamlined. The SSDs drive is not just faster; it operates in hyperdrive. My computer came home on budget and within the timeline promised. Abd was professional and caring. A wonderful experience. Thank you, ProFix and Abd. You R O C K!
